Virgilio Cervantes is an England and Wales Paralegal Lawyer, Fellow of the Institute of Paralegals (F.Inst.Pa.) and a member of the Professional Paralegal Register (PPR Tier 4), specialised in Data Protection and Privacy Law. Virgilio is also a Certified Information Privacy Professional / Europe (CIPP/E), member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP). Currently, he pursues a Doctorate in law at the University of Reading with a research focus in EU Data Protection and Privacy law.

Being an experienced Data Protection Officer holding a ECPC-B DPO* certification, Virgilio offers GDPR representative services to organisations not based in the European Union (DPOaaS).
